Dear Parents and young men of _tag Student Ministries,
I am excited to announce that MANTIME will be returning this summer. I recently came across a book titled, “It is Better to Build Boys Than Mend Men” and I couldn’t agree more. MANTIME is a program designed to build boys into the men of God they were created to be. Students ages 12-15 are invited to participate in this life changing program.

MANTIME is focused on instilling Godly character through devotional times, scripture memory, physical activity/workouts, and serving the church and community at large. Various men from the church will join us every morning to pour into the young men of _tag feeding them from the Word of God and from their life experiences During each session, students will workout and stretch themselves physically as they learn to overcome the desires of their flesh. Workouts will include difficult activities such as running, pushups, and other exercises as well as fun activities like dodgeball, basketball, frisbee, and football. As for serving the church and community, we will be looking for ways in which we can do this week to week and the possibilities are endless. There may be a few days in which the time frame will be adjusted if there is an event off campus either serving in the community or out on some form of adventure, in which case you would receive advance notice from us with updated times.

The cost of MANTIME is $50 which will allow us to purchase T-shirts (MANTIME uniform), transportation, and supplies for the summer. The program begins June 16th and concludes August 7th. MANTIME meets on Monday and Thursday mornings from 8-11 AM. Space is limited so it is important that you turn in your application quickly if you are interested. Applications are due by Wednesday night June 11th and the $50 is due upon acceptance to the program. There may be a waiting list depending on the number of students that apply.
